OVERSEAS STUDENTS

Registration Fee: CAD $ 300.00 (One Time Charge)

Tuition Fee (1 year): CAD $ 20,000.00 (covering 8 courses)

Any additional course will be CAD $ 2,500.00 per course.

LOCAL STUDENTS

Registration Fee: CAD $ 200.00 (One Time Charge)

Visa Student: CAD $ 2,200.00 per credit course

Canadian Citizen / Landed Immigrant Permanent Resident / Refugee: CAD $1,600 per credit course

 Small Class Preparation: $3,200.00 (Total 80 hours of lecturing)

Local Applicants: $200

Overseas Applicants: $300

Total cost: $4850/EAP Level

Duration of each level: 25 hours/week for 12 weeks = 300 hours per level

Semester intake: September to November / December to February / March to May

Course withdraw/deadline is two(2) weeks after the first day classes commence.

2 Weeks: CAD $3,865.00 

3 Weeks: CAD $5,565.00

Registration Fee: CAD $200.00 (Non-refundable)

Bank Wire Fee: CAD $35.00 (Non-refundable)

Custodianship Notarization Fee: CAD $50.00 (Non-refundable)

Ontario Secondary School ESL Credit Courses (Three months per level)

Visa Student : CAD $ 2,200.00 per credit course

Overseas Student : CAD $ 2,500.00 per course

Level 1: Beginning Communication in English (ESLAO). Prerequisite: None.

Level 2: English in Daily Life (ESLBO). Prerequisite: ESLAO or Equivalent.

Level 3: English for School and Work (ESLCO). Prerequisite: ESLBO or Equivalent.

Level 4: Study Skills in English (ESLDO). Prerequisite: ESLCO or Equivalent.

Level 5: Bridge in English (ESLEO). Prerequisite: ESLDO or Equivalent.

Overseas Students/Local Students:
  • Incidental and Ancillary Fee (1year): CAD $ 800.00
Optional
  • Airport Pickup Fee: CAD $120.00
  • Guardianship (For students who are under the age 18): CAD $ 1,200.00 per year or $100.00 per month
  • Homestay Placement Fee: CAD $ 300.00 (One time charge)
  • Homestay rates:  CAD $1,000 – $1,300 approx. (Homestay rates may vary depending on the location, season, and meal options during your stay)
  • Tutoring Fee: CAD $75.00 – CAD $ 100.00/hour (varies per subject)

** Proof of Canadian insurance is required for all of our students while studying at BICC.

1. Payment by Cheque, Bank Draft must be made payable to: “BIRMINGHAM INTERNATIONAL COLLEGIATE OF CANADA”.

2. Canadian Dollars Wire Transfer
We are pleased to offer the option of payment by wire transfer for your convenience. 3. Flywire
BICC has partnered with Flywire to provide our international students with a secure payment gateway that simplifies the payment process. To begin your payment, just go to https://bicc.flywire.com. This will take you to BICC’s Flywire payment site, where you will follow the instructions provided by Flywire to complete the payment.

4. Credit or Debit Card
We accept Canadian-issued credit cards, as well as most non-Canadian issued credit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, or Discover logo, and we also accept Interac Debit cards through the Square POS platform. For detailed information on transaction fees and instructions on how to pay with Square, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
